Canine Costume Parade

The Thorold BIA hosted the first annual Canine Costume Contest and Puppy Promenade in the downtown core. Over 50 four-legged canines dressed up and strutted their stuff to try and take the honour of becoming Thorold's Top Dog! Marty Mako reports.
