About the event

Join us Downtown for some Easter Fun on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 10am-12pm.

Check in is at the Thorold Public Library (14 Ormond St N, Thorold); drop by anytime after 10am.  Event will be wrapped up by 12pm.


In order for us to best plan for the event, advance registration is required.

Between the hours of 10am-12pm - join us for a Story Walk on the grounds of the Thorold Public Library, download a colouring sheet and submit a finished work of art for a chance to win a prize, walk around Downtown for our Easter Egg Hunt and look for treats (balloons will mark which stores to enter).

Looking for more fun?  Stop by the Senior Centre at 8 Carleton St S, Thorold from 10am-12pm for hot chocolate, games and more colouring!


Parking is available at the Thorold Public Library, Senior Centre, the Thorold Community Credit Union (63 Front St. S), and street parking, where available.  Please make sure to follow signage in terms of parking limits and only park in marked parking spots.

One entry per child.  One winner will be chosen from each age category.  Colouring contest sheets must be turned into the Thorold Public Library by 12pm on March 30th.  Winners will be contacted by phone or email.

Age categories are:

1.  Under 6 years old

2.  7-10 years old

3.  11-13 years old


  • Registration for Easter Event

    Registration is required. Please make sure to reserve the number of tickets based on the number of children attending. Tickets are not required for adults.
